Spins bundles six service lines behind one wallet, one activity history and one home screen: rides, car rental, deliveries, vehicle sales, food and utility payments. For the business the structure is a retention engine, because every service added gives a customer another reason not to leave.

A modular super-app framework built to ship in phases: turning six separate services into one wallet and one history.

Challenge:

Every service a customer adds today means another app, another payment setup, another history to check. Context dies between them. The ride app doesn't know you just paid a bill, the rental service makes you re-enter yesterday's card. The real question was how one app carries six services without the home screen becoming a junk drawer.

Approach:

Every flow was laid out as a complete grayscale wireframe kit first: home, profile, ride booking, rental, bills and the services grid. That let the architecture be argued with while it was still cheap to change. The high-fidelity pass then delivered the entire app twice, full light and full dark, from the same structure.

Results:

End-to-end flows for six service lines in both themes, 50+ screens with full wireframe-to-hi-fi traceability. The architecture was deliberately phased, so the client can launch rides first and fold in rentals, deliveries and bill payments later without redrawing the home screen each time.
